Equipment Operator & Crusher Plant Operator
Position Overview
We’re looking for someone skilled with machinery to join our crushing plant team. This hands-on role combines equipment operation with maintenance duties – Perfect for someone who likes working with heavy equipment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Manual labor is required.
What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
Make safety a top priority by:
- Following all safety rules
- Speaking up about unsafe conditions
- Looking out for you teammates
- Using protective equipment properly
Keep the crusher plan running smoothly by:
• Doing regular maintenance like greasing and oiling parts
• Cleaning around equipment
• Helping the main crusher operator
• Basic equipment repairs when needed
Operate Various mining equipment with skill and care, including:
• Dozers
• High wall excavators
• Skid steers
• Front end loaders
• Haul trucks
What You Need to Succeed
- Understanding of how crushers and conveyor systems work
- Ability to work safely around heavy machinery
- Physical strength to handle maintenance tasks
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
